There is writing from students and staff the the previous owner on the pages. 

There are a couple pages that have been torn and the front page is missing the upper right hand corner. 

The inside back cover has tissue paper that was taped on it where there is writing. Please see photos. 

The cover is in good condition, a small amount of shelf wear along the edges.
